Thank you for visiting and shopping at Network Educational Australia website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We strive to ship as soon as we get the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays as there are no weekend freight services on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If there is any likely delay we will immediately contact you to let you know the options.
Australia Post shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This is at Australia Post across the counter rates.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Australia Post handling centres are currently experiencing unprecedented loads which far exceed the normal Christmas volumes. People are using online ordering instead of risking their health by going into shopping malls.
Shipment to P.O. boxes and other international addresses
Network Educational Australia website ships to post office addresses within Australia. For our international customers please provide a street address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours from Australia Post.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Network Educational Australia website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For international orders no GST is payable on orders. Import duties, VAT, GST and other local taxes are at the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
Network Educational Australia website is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are now happily shipping to our customers internationally. Please note section on customs, duties and taxes, shipping rates and insurances, and also claims and returns. We do not offer a return policy on international orders. Please let me know your requirements and we will work to fulfil any specific needs.
